Biography
Attorney Joshua P. Friedman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995, going on to obtain his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001. Prior to opening his own practice, he worked for Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton, LLP - one of the largest law firms in California. Today, his practice is devoted solely to the collection of consumer and commercial debts, including judgment enforcement of the same.
Mr. Friedman is a leader in the debt collection industry. He regularly lectures on debt collection and judgment enforcement techniques before local bar associations and for the National Business Institute. He has been included in Southern California Super Lawyers or Rising Stars every year since 2009 and was appointed to the board of directors for the California Creditors Bar Association and president emeritus of the California Association of Judgment Professionals.
